Snack: Healthy Choice sugar-free fudge bar
Dinner: Whole wheat pizza with spinach and garlic, diet cherry coke
Dessert: 2 pieces of sugar-free chocolates
Late night snack: Sugar-free jell-o
Exercise: 1.5-mile walk
